Hymn Highlights

Hymn Highlights is a feature brought to you by ZIPCAST media and cultivated for Classical Christian School families. Jarrod Richey, a music and choir teacher at Geneva Academy in West Monroe, Louisiana, hosts it. Jarrod is the general editor of the Let Joy Resound hymnal. He is the author of “BACH to the Future: Fostering Music Literacy Today” and the general editor for “Raise the Song: A Classical Christian Guide to Music Education.”

Jarrod runs “Musically Speaking,” a free blog on Substack and a weekly five-minute podcast series called the “Friday Five,” which features five minutes of music commentary, examples, and recommendations.
