Friday FIVE: May 16 - Songs that Tell the Story

What if the gospel story could be told not by listing its events, but through the songs that have accompanied them? In this week’s episode, I reflect on James Montgomery’s 19th-century hymn Songs of Praise the Angels Sang, which creatively traces redemptive history from creation to resurrection to eternity through the lens of music.
